I grew up here in Kiowa and Graduated from Callisburg in 1995. My family has been involved in the in the real estate business since 1970 and the community of Lake Kiowa since it was established in 1968. We have been part of the Real Estate market here in Kiowa since 1982. My father Mike Erwin started Lake Kiowa Realty in 1982 and I moved back here in 2014 after selling my Coldwell Banker Real Estate franchise in Denton TX which I ran for 13 years. Some people in Kiowa know me from all my auto racing that I did. I grew up racing go-karts at age twelve and then moved into the professional open wheel ranks in Sprint Cars, Indy Lights and Indy Cars and raced at the famed Indianapolis Speedway in 2003. Racing is a passion and in my blood and hope to do some form of racing again in the future. My family is growing, I just married my sweetheart Stacy Wilson and she has 2 daughters that are grown. I have 3 boys from my previous marriage  (Grady, Gage & Gunnar), they are 8,6&5 years old. You might see us riding around Kiowa on our bikes. Lake Kiowa as well as all of north Texas is a great place for families and I look forward to what experiences my new family brings.
